I recently tried the Fiveloaves Cheese & Spring Onion Sourdough, and honestly, it’s become a new favourite. The balance of flavours is spot-on — the tang of the sourdough, the richness of the cheese, and that fresh spring onion kick make it incredibly moreish. The texture is exactly what you'd want: crusty on the outside, soft and chewy inside. It’s perfect on its own, and I almost finished half the loaf as I drove home.
