We take great pride in baking fresh, high-quality sourdough bread and pastries every day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy carefully:
🔁 Returns

We accept returns only on the day of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unopened or uneaten, and

Returned on the same day it was purchased or delivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the day of purchase due to food safety and freshness concerns.
💰 Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are only issued for items that are returned in line with our return policy.
❌ Non-Refundable Items

Items not returned on the day of purchase.

Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or are no longer fresh.

Custom orders or bulk purchases (unless faulty).
⚠️ Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged:

Please contact us on the day of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
