We take great pride in baking fresh, high-quality sourdough bread and pastries every day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy carefully:

🔁 Returns

  • We accept returns only on the day of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unopened or uneaten, and

    • Returned on the same day it was purchased or delivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the day of purchase due to food safety and freshness concerns.

💰 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds are only issued for items that are returned in line with our return policy.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items not returned on the day of purchase.

  • Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or are no longer fresh.

  • Custom orders or bulk purchases (unless faulty).

⚠️ Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged:

  • Please contact us on the day of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  • We'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
